MDM-3000 is a non-invasive dispense validation meter based on Malema's patented ultrasonic measurement technology that provides 100% dispense verification. By using Malema’s MDM-3000 dispense meter, every dispense is validated using an instrument sensitive enough to detect very small changes without sacrificing production speed, quality, or accuracy.

Malema has invested tremendously over the last decade to deliver industry 4.0 technology advancements – especially in the Life Sciences sector. We created a revolutionary solution in our Single Use Mass Flow Meters, specifically our SumoFlo® Single-Use Coriolis flow meters which deliver a measurement accuracy superior to what was available before – better than ±1% of flow reading. The other technologies available are only capable of ±5% of reading and have not satisfied all our various OEM & end user customer’s requirements in the same way that Malema’s SumoFlo® flow meter has.

The DMP-7000 Pulsation Dampener from Malema Sensors is designed specifically for single-use applications in the biopharma industry. Tests have shown that when DMP-7000 is installed downstream from an industry-standard diaphragm pump, peak-to-peak pulsations are reduced in excess of 95%.

Malema’s SumoFlo® Single-Use Coriolis Flow Meters represent the gold standard in flow measurement. Malema SumoFlo® Single-Use Coriolis Flow meters have a disposable Flow Cell constructed of all Class VI Certified PEEK that can be replaced after each use or batch. Single-use flow meters are critical to reduce equipment turnaround times in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

We are pleased to announce that we have entered into an agreement with Harrington Pure. Effective from August 1st, 2020, Harrington Pure will be our non-exclusive distributor to the semiconductor manufacturing industry for the Eastern United States.

Malema’s Life Sciences team is proud to announce that our SumoFlo® Single-Use Coriolis Flow sensors are now on-board Ultra/Diafiltration systems that were recently qualified to manufacture Covid-19 vaccines. These Ultra/Diafiltration systems have been installed by a global pharmaceutical manufacturer located in Europe as part of the US government's “Operation Warp Speed”.
